If Groove in the Wild 2024 is cancelled all ticket holders will receive an email explaining next steps. The options will be to receive a full refund or to transfer your ticket to Groove in the Wild 2025. Please be aware that you have 30 days from the date of receiving our email to respond and initiate the refund process. It's important to respond within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Simply reply to our email, expressing your desire for a refund. We're here to help and ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly. If any customer does not respond within 30 days their ticket will be automatically transferred to Groove in the Wild 2025.
